My husband, Bertus, and I started Authentic Properties because we are both passionate about life, good food and travel and we wanted to share that same experience with fellow travellers to the beautiful city of Cape Town - the home we share with our son and two French poodles.
Now, what started out as a hobby, has turned into a boutique property management company with more than 50 luxury villas and apartments in our portfolio. Our properties are located in some of the most beautiful parts of Cape Town which we've carefully chosen for their 'authentic, local, Cape Town' feel.
A ten minute drive or a quick stroll from any of our listings soon turns into a day filled with amazing restaurants, beautiful ocean views, home-grown wines, craft beer, coffee shops, world class museums, shopping and cultural and historical sites. To date, we've hosted more than 6000 guests from all over the world and look forward to adding you to our guest list.
